Through mobile and desktop applications you download from the Website or from the Google Play Store or Apple Store, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and the Website.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our FeaturedSavings Properties, including information:

By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information");
That is about you but individually does not identify you:
- FeaturedSavings sends anonymized data about working coupon codes and anonymous information about how FeaturedSavings is used from FeaturedSavings visitors to contribute back to the FeaturedSavings community. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information such as names or email addresses. This anonymous data includes data supplied by your browser such as user-agent and device identifying information such as your IP address, and cannot be used by FeaturedSavings to personally identify you;
- FeaturedSavings tracks anonymous usage statistics (a) regarding which FeaturedSavings merchants you visit, including when you visit a FeaturedSavings merchant checkout page, (b) when you activate FeaturedSavings to get cashback or check for coupons, and (c) to determine if those coupons are valid.
- FeaturedSavings anonymously communicates the Browser Application and Mobile Application's installation status to our Website so that any updates to your anonymous user profile on the Browser Application and Mobile Application can be synced with the Website to provide a better user experience.
- FeaturedSavings logs unexpected errors to help our team continuously improve the FeaturedSavings Properties, which may include the FeaturedSavings merchant URL where the error occurred.
- FeaturedSavings sends anonymous pricing and availability data about products you view on stores where FeaturedSavings is active in order to enable our price comparison features.
- For our Mobile Application only, FeaturedSavings uses advertising/technology services from third party marketers which may use your device identifier and location data to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be interest to you and to allow the third party marketer companies to perform ad measurement, analytics and research. These third party marketers are contractually prohibited from using this information for any purpose except for the business purpose we have in our agreements with the third party. FeaturedSavings also collects information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our FeaturedSavings Properties, and general usage details.

We collect this information:

Directly from you when you provide it to us.
Automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.
From third parties, for example, our business partners may provide us with your email address and full name to assist you with populating the forms on our Website. We require any business partner who provides us with your email address and name to obtain your prior consent for FeaturedSavings to process your personal information for this purpose.

Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through our FeaturedSavings Properties may include:

Your full name, mailing address, email address, PayPal User ID, gender, and other information that you provide by filling in forms on our FeaturedSavings Properties. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Website or Mobile Application, subscribing to our service, sending information to our customer support team by email or on a phone call, or requesting further services. Your name and email address is used to allow you to sign into your FeaturedSavings account each time you visit the Website or use FeaturedSavings's services, and to track your purchases in order to keep record of cashback offers that may result from your purchases from our merchants. Your mailing address is used to send you any cash back, rebates, and/or bonus rebates you may be eligible to receive. Your PayPal User ID is used by FeaturedSavings to make payments to you in the event you have a cash back payment in your account and you cash out a portion of, or all of your cash back balance.
Information you provide to us when you report a problem with a FeaturedSavings Property.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
Your responses to surveys on our Mobile Application that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
Details of transactions you carry out through our FeaturedSavings Properties and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Website or Mobile Application.
Your search queries on the FeaturedSavings Platforms.

Information We Collect from FeaturedSavingsPremium Subscribers Who Use Our Order Protection Service

If you are a FeaturedSavingsPremium subscriber, FeaturedSavings will provide you the opportunity to link your email account(s) to your FeaturedSavings account. By linking your email account(s) to your FeaturedSavingsPremium account, you understand and agree that you will be granting FeaturedSavings access to your emails to allow FeaturedSavings to provide you with certain order protection services, which are more fully described in the Terms and Conditions and on the Website. FeaturedSavings's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By providing FeaturedSavings with access credentials or tokens for your email account(s), you are granting FeaturedSavings inbox access and authorizing FeaturedSavings to send emails on your behalf as necessary to provide the FeaturedSavingsPremium order protection services feature that is available to all FeaturedSavingsPremium users. You further understand and agree that you are granting FeaturedSavings your permission and your consent for FeaturedSavings to use proprietary technology to identify emails in your email account that appear to be email receipts sent to you by online merchants that we monitor, or are emails where FeaturedSavings believes you may have an opportunity to save money.

After you have linked your email account(s) to FeaturedSavings, FeaturedSavings will use proprietary technology to scan your email inbox in encrypted format to identify emails that appear to be receipts from online merchants based on the email header data in encrypted form (sender, recipient, subject line, and date the email was received or sent). FeaturedSavings will only collect data from the email body for emails which are receipts from merchants that FeaturedSavings monitors, or emails where FeaturedSavings believes you may have an opportunity to save money. FeaturedSavings does not collect any information from the body of any other emails. FeaturedSavings may also collect information such as coupon codes you used for the purchase, or other information you provided to a merchant to reduce the final price of a transaction from a merchant that FeaturedSavings monitors.

FeaturedSavings may decrypt your email header information as necessary to troubleshoot and to improve its proprietary technology to improve the price protection monitoring service. FeaturedSavings does not share any information it collects from your emails with any third party companies, except third party companies who assist FeaturedSavings with verifying the validity of the email addresses. FeaturedSavings will not use any information it collects from your email for any other purpose other than to provide the services and to verify the validity of your email address as described in this section.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with our FeaturedSavings Properties, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

Details of your visits to our FeaturedSavings Properties, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website.
Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

The information we collect automatically may include personal information, or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. For our Mobile Application only, we use advertising/technology services from third party marketers which may use your device identifier and location data to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be interest to you and to allow the third party marketer companies to perform ad measurement, analytics and research. These third party marketers are contractually prohibited from using this information for any purpose except for the business purpose we have in our agreements with the third party. To opt-out of receiving tailored advertisements on our Mobile Application, please email our data protection officer at contact@featuredsavings.com or click the appropriate settings in our Mobile Application when asked if you would like to share your location data.
In any other way we may describe at the time we collect your information.
For any other purpose with your consent, or to fulfill a purpose for which you provide the information.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third-parties' goods and services that may be of interest to you. We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers' target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you are a FeaturedSavingsPremium user who opts-in to receive our Order Protection service, we process your emails to provide the Order Protection service.

However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website or Mobile Application and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at contact@featuredsavings.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. If you are a FeaturedSavingsPremium subscriber, we cannot delete your personal information except by also canceling your FeaturedSavingsPremium subscription and your FeaturedSavingsPremium account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
